Premier League Final Day – Live on Sky Sports TV, Highlights on BBC MOTD

The 2015/16 Premier League season comes to a close this afternoon as the final round of fixtures take place.

Sky Sports will broadcast three games live across three channels, while the BBC will air highlights of all ten games in Match of the Day this evening.

Although Leicester City have been confirmed as champions and the relegation places have been taken, there is the small matter of Europe with Southampton, West Ham United, Manchester City and Manchester United fighting it out for a place in Europa or Champions League next season.

Manchester United v Bournemouth will be shown live from Old Trafford on Sky Sports 1 from 2.30pm, where United will finish fourth with a win, should Manchester City lose.

Over on Sky Sports 2 from 2.55pm, Swansea City host Manchester City at the Liberty Stadium. A draw for the Citizens would be enough to clinch fourth spot.

And Sky Sports 3 will show Stoke City v West Ham United from 2.55pm, which takes place at the Britannia Stadium.

Gary Lineker will have highlights of all ten games on BBC’s Match of the Day from 10.30pm on BBC One and BBC One HD this evening.
