The Third Round of FA Cup 2016-17 takes place this weekend with live TV coverage on the BBC and BT Sport.
It gets underway on Friday evening as West Ham United host Manchester City at the Olympic Stadium.
The visitors won the most recent Premier League fixture between the sides in August, with Raheem Sterling’s brace and a Fernandinho strike securing a 3-1 victory – Michail Antonio’s effort proving merely a consolation for West Ham.
The teams last met in this competition back in 2008, with City emerging 1-0 winners in a third-round replay following a 0-0 draw at Upton Park.
The last time the Hammers beat City in the FA Cup was in 2006 – when they went on to reach the final. They won 2-1 in a quarter-final at the Etihad thanks to a Dean Ashton brace.
