Paul Brennan who was Born in Liverpool has been with Sky News for over 5 years and has covered a wide range of events including assignments in Afghanistan and Iraq.
He also reported from Soham on the tragic murders of Holly and Jessica, coverage that earned Sky News a coveted BAFTA Award in 2003. The events of September 11th, the Omagh Bombing, the British planespotters imprisoned in Greece, and the famous Dome Diamonds robbery trial have all been covered by Paul.
After studying accountancy at Sheffield City University, he went into radio news; working at BBC GLR, Red Dragon Radio in Cardiff, Radio Trent in Nottingham, and Network News at Chiltern Radio.
Paul then moved into television as the Crime Correspondent of Channel One in London and from there on to Sky.
Hobbies include sailing, snowboarding and playing guitar.
