5 News presenter India Willoughby evicted from Big Brother 2018

5 News presenter India Willoughby has been evicted from the Big Brother house!

India faced the public vote alongside Jonny Mitchell after the first round of nominations took place on Tuesday night.

In a twist, only the women had the power to nominate, however, five housemates – Malika, Amanda, Jess, Maggie and Shane J – could not be nominated after winning immunity in the first week.

India, born as Jonathan Willoughby, worked at ITV Border presenting the news in the North East and Cumbria area.

In 2010, she quit her regional job, but returned five years later and announced that she had transitioned to a female and was now named India.

In recent months, she’s been presenting the news updates on Channel 5, and appears as a panellist on ITV’s Loose Women.
