WWE Royal Rumble 2012 Live this Sunday on Sky Box Office

The road to Wrestlemania begins this weekend when World Wrestling Entertainment hosts its 25th annual Royal Rumble.

The event, which will take place at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri, will host the traditional 30-Man over-the-top-rope Royal Rumble Match, where the winner will receive a title shot against the WWE or the World Heavyweight champion at Wrestlemania.

The current card looks like this:

Steel Cage Triple Threat Match for the World Heavyweight Championship:
Champion Daniel Bryan vs. Mark Henry vs. Big Show

WWE Championship Match:
Champion CM Punk vs. Dolph Ziggler, with John Laurinaitis as the special guest referee.

John Cena vs. Kane

And the 30-Man Royal Rumble Match:
Chris Jericho & Mick Foley have been confirmed for the match, and The Miz will be the first entrant after losing to R-Truth on WWE RAW last Monday.

WWE Royal Rumble will be shown live on Sky Sports Box Office (channel 743) and Sky Sports HD Box Office (channel 753) on Sunday January 29 at 1am (Monday morning).

It will be repeated on Sky Sports Box Office (channel 743) – but NOT on Sky Sports HD Box Office – between 9am on Monday January 30 and 9pm on Saturday February 4. Repeat shows will last three hours.

The event is priced at £14.95 for UK customers, €21.95 for customers in the Republic of Ireland.
