I was very disappointed with Sky’s coverage of new years eve, they didn’t even show all the fireworks, instead they kept repeting the same news and puting the fireworks on active, well not veryone has active. and another thing nothing from the Middle East what’s up with that? we do celebrate it to. so i hope next year they will have coverage of the fireworks at the Burj Al Arab here in Dubai.

Well to be fair, it is a British television channel, and they were flicking between London and Edinburgh on the main channel for most of the time that I saw it, so even for non-active viewers they could still have seen what was going on.

With an international audience. i still think they could have done better.

and they were flicking between London and Edinburgh on the main channel for most of the time

That was the only country they coverd fully.

    wow! looks pretty good actually!

What time would that have been in the UK – cos I reasoning Dubai is prob 4-5 hours ahead of th UK so it would have been 7/8pm ish here, in which case they coulda but on more international stuff!
