Of course I’d like to see Julie get the presenter’s award, but wouldn’t be surprised if Jon Snow won it.

Have a sneaky feeling that News 24 will snatch the “News Channel of the Year” this time around.

No individual reporter nominations? Quel surprise….

I hope Julie Etchingham wins. Think she’s very good. Jon Snow’s too much of a ‘celeb’ for me these days. Can’t comment on AS as haven’t seen him for years.

Skybaby, if they can give it to someone other than Snuk, they surely will

I truly hope Julie will get the award. She is a great presenter and she is doing her job very professionaly.
As for other nomination, I agree with Skybaby, I also have a feeling that BBC News 24 might get the award this year. I hope I’m wrong.

Good thing I don’t want to be a clairvoyant

Must admit that I am surprised they got it – I know I wasn’t able to watch for most of last year but from the general comment floating around a lot of people were finding the channel stale…

Sorry that Julie lost out – Sky don’t have much luck in the presenter catergory, do they?

I haven’t been able to watch the report, but from the pics everyone looked nicely spruced up. I laughed though – in a couple of the grabs it looks like Mark is taking a good look at Kay’s backside!
