Sky Sports has announced their final day of televised Premier League football fixtures for this season.
Survival Sunday will start at 3pm on Sky Sports HD1 with champions Manchester United taking on Blackpool.
From 4pm, Sky Sports HD2 will show Tottenham v Birmingham and behind the red button on HD1 Stoke host Wigan.
The other fixtures on the final day are:

Fulham v Arsenal
Newcastle v West Brom
