The Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osborne, will deliver the Budget later today, his seven since taking office in May 2010, and his first of this parliament.

The BBC, ITV and Sky News will have live coverage of the Budget, which takes place at 12.30pm following Prime Ministers’ Questions.

Huw Edwards and Jo Coburn will front the BBC’s live coverage of the Budget statement, with expert analysis from Nick Robinson, Robert Peston and Vicki Young.

Coverage starts at 11.30am on BBC Two, BBC News Channel and BBC Parliament.

Alastair Stewart will steer ITV viewers through the Budget. Chris Ship reports from Westminster with the latest reaction to the first Conservative budget since the General Election, while Richard Elgar and Joel Hills provide insight and analysis in the studio.

Penny Marshall will gauge reaction from key opinion formers and Chris Choi speaks to a panel at a community centre in Birmingham.

Alastair will be live from 12.15pm on ITV and ITV HD.

Sky News’ Budget coverage will be fronted by Dermot Murnaghan from 11am.
