Jeff Randall joins Sky News to front Business Programme

Jeff Randall, the highly respected business commentator is joining Sky News this Autumn.

The Daily Telegraph’s Editor and former BBC business editor, is to present a new programme called Jeff Randall Live, as part of Sky’s 24-hour rolling news schedule from September 24th.

Jeff Randall Live will take a business look at the big news stories and issues of the day.

Randall will be pulling in big hitters from the business world, live on Monday evenings at 7.30pm, as well as bringing viewers the latest breaking news. Interviews with Britain’s top bosses and international major players will encompass the key issues of the `moment and will set the news agenda for the week ahead.

Sky News Head of News, John Ryley said: “The name Jeff Randall is synonymous with quality, accessible and challenging journalism. He is a terrific addition to the presenting team and will further strengthen Sky News’ journalism.”

Highlights will also run on sky.com/news and Sky News Active.

Commenting on his new presenting role, Randall said: “British TV has needed a grown-up business discussion show for years. I’m thrilled to be launching the first one, as part of Sky’s rolling news service.”
