Live Coverage of Super Bowl XLVI on BBC Sport and Sky Sports

This Sunday, NFL Super Bowl XLVI (46) will take place from the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This year’s match-up sees the New England Patriots take on the New York Giants, the same teams who contested the showcase event five years ago.

On that occasion, New England’s dreams of becoming the second team in NFL history to finish the season unbeaten were shattered by the underdog Giants, and this year the Patriots, led by star quarterback Tom Brady, will be out for revenge.

Mark Chapman will present the BBC’s live coverage, with commentary from NBC’s Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth. Mark is joined in the studio by Mike Carlson and St Louis Rams wide receiver Danny Amendola.

There will be 5live commentary from Darren Fletcher and Greg Brady behind the Red Button.

Kevin Cadle will lead Sky Sports’ coverage, which begins at 10:30pm on Sky Sports HD1, with Neil Reynolds and former Philadelphia Eagles fullback Cecil Martin in the studio.

The half-time entertainment is provided by Madonna, who will be playing a medley of hits, and the American national anthem will be sung by Kelly Clarkson.

Super Bowl 46 live on BBC One and HD from 10:55pm and Sky Sports 1 and HD from 10:30pm – Sunday 5th Febraury 2012.
