Italy v Sweden, Czech Republic v Croatia and Spain v Turkey will take place today – day 8 of Euro 2016.
Coverage gets underway at 1.30pm on ITV and ITV HD, where Italy and Sweden square-off at the Stadium Municipal in Toulouse.
The nations’ most recent competitive meeting was at Euro 2004, when the sides shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw. Zlatan Ibrahimovic was the scorer for Sweden on that occasion and remains their main goalscoring threat 12 years later in what, at the age of 34, may be his final international tournament.
Chief responsibility for stopping Ibrahimovic is likely to lie at the hands of another veteran in captain and goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon. The 38-year-old was set to play in Euro 2000 before sustaining an injury and has appeared at each of the three European Championships to take place since, amassing a record number of caps for his country in the process.
The early evening match between Czech Republic and Croatia will take place a the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard in Saint-Etienne – Live on BBC One and BBC One HD.
And the final match of the day see Spain host Turkey at the Stade de Nice. This Group D match will be shown live over on ITV from 7.30pm, where Mark Pougatch will be joined in the studio by Lothar Matthaus and Lee Dixon.
Match commentary comes from Clive Tyldesley and Tony Pulis.
