Euro 2016 – Wales v Northern Ireland – Live TV Coverage on BBC, ITV

The knockout stages of Euro 2016 gets underway today as Wales take on Northern Ireland.

The match, held at the Parc des Princes in Paris, will be shown live on BBC One and BBC One HD from 4.10pm.

Chris Coleman’s Wales recorded wins over Russia and Slovakia in Group B to finish top of the table, despite a 2-1 loss to eventual runners-up England in their second game.

This clash against the Irish is a mouthwatering one, with Michael O’Neill’s men edging through thanks to their victory over Ukraine.

Gary Lineker presents. Kick-off 5.00pm.

The BBC will also show the opening match of the day as Switzerland host Poland at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard in Saint-Etienne. Coverage starts at 1.30pm on BBC One.

Then Croatia take on Portugal in the third and final contest of the day at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis in Lens.

Reigning champions Spain entered the tournament as favourites to top Group D, but Croatia came from behind to defeat them 2-1 in their final group match to finish top of the table.

Mark Pougatch will be live on ITV and ITV HD from 7.00pm, where he’ll be joined in the studio by Lothar Matthaus, Ian Wright and Lee Dixon.

There’ll be reports from Jacqui Oatley, Norman Whiteside and Craig Bellamy, while match commentary comes from Clive Tyldesley and Glenn Hoddle.
