Super Bowl 52 (2018) – Live TV Coverage on BBC, Sky Sports, NBC

The 2017 National Football League season comes to an end this Sunday as Super Bowl 52 takes place at the US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

The AFC Champions, and 5-time Super Bowl Champs, New England Patriots take on the NFC Championships Philadelphia Eagles.

The showpiece match will be broadcast live on NBC in the States, but viewers in the UK can catch the event live on the BBC and Sky Sports.

Last year’s contest saw arguably the greatest comeback in NFL history, with the Patriots trailing 28-3 against Atlanta Falcons in the third quarter, but going on to win 34-28 in overtime.

Quarterback Tom Brady picked up a record fourth Super Bowl MVP award and tied the record for most Championship wins with five in the process, and the 40-year-old will be aiming for his – and the Patriots’ – sixth Super Bowl victory in this game.

Sky Sports’ coverage starts at 10pm on Sky Sports Action and Sky Sports Mix. Neil Reynolds will be joined in the stadium by Jeff Reinebold, Shaun Gayle and Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman. Sky Sports Main Event will join the action from 11pm.

Over on the BBC, Mark Chapman will be joined throughout the night by Osi Umenyiora and Jason Bell. Their coverage starts at 11.15pm on BBC One and BBC One HD.

NBC will broadcast a full day of Super Bowl coverage starting with ‘Super Bowl LII – Mission: Minneapolis,’ which begins at 10am ET. ‘Road to the Super Bowl’ from 12pm, before five hours of live pre-game coverage from 1pm ET.

NBC’s main coverage starts at 6pm ET, where Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth calls the action, while Michele Tafoya works the sidelines.

Gene Steratore will be the referee. Pink will perform the national anthem of the United States, while Leslie Odom Jr. will sing “America the Beautiful”. Justin Timberlake will be headlining the Super Bowl LII halftime show.

Kick-off 11.30pm GMT – 6.30pm ET.
