Wales v England – Six Nations 2017 – Live TV Coverage on BBC One

The BBC will broadcast the Six Nations clash between Wales and England this evening, as the fierce rivals face each other at the Principality Stadium.

England have gradually asserted some authority over Wales in recent meetings, winning four of the last five clashes.

Their only defeat in that time being in the World Cup pool match at Twickenham, when Wales were outplayed for most of the encounter before snatching victory in the latter stages.

Coverage starts at 4.15pm on BBC One and BBC One HD, where John Inverdale is joined in the studio by Paul O’Connell, Martyn Williams and Jeremy Guscott.

Commentary comes from Eddie Butler, Brian Moore and Jonathan Davies.

Kick-off 4.50pm

ITV will broadcast the opening contest of the weekend as Italy host Ireland from 1.30pm this afternoon, while the BBC will air the final clash when Scotland travel to France on Sunday afternoon (2.15pm).
