Alex Lovell co-presents Points West with Chris Vacher most weekday evenings.

Alex joined the BBC in 2004. Prior to joining the BBC, she worked as a host of Five’s Brainteaser. She has also worked as an actress and a childrens TV presenter.

Brought up in Harrogate in North Yorkshire, the seeds of Alex’s career as a public presenter were sown in her schooldays.
