Mark Phillips - Biography and Images

Mark Phillips is a correspondent for CBS News and is based in London.

He has covered many major stories since then, including the war in the Balkans, the death of Princess Diana and the weapons inspection conflicts in Iraq.

Before that, Phillips had been a correspondent based in Washington (1988-93), where he covered politics and reported from the State Department during the Persian Gulf War.

Phillips was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Phillips has two children and lives in London.
