FA Cup 2017/18: Third round TV fixtures announced

The FA, BBC and BT Sport today confirmed the SEVEN third round ties to be televised in the first week of January 2018.

A bumper weekend of action kicks-off with the Merseyside derby at Anfield on Friday 5 January (7.55pm), a tie that will be broadcast live on BBC.

Next up is Leicester City’s trip to either Hereford FC or Fleetwood Town on Saturday 6 January (12.45pm) which will also be shown live on the BBC.

Their final pick is Shrewsbury Town v West Ham on Sunday 7 January (2pm).

Meanwhile, BBC Wales will broadcast Newport County v Leeds United from midday on Sunday 7 January.

BT Sport’s first live tie is Norwich City v Chelsea on Saturday evening (5.30pm).

They will then broadcast Nottingham Forest v Arsenal on Sunday 7 January (4pm) and Brighton v Crystal Palace on the Monday (7.45pm).

Liverpool v Everton – BBC One – 7.55pm.

Saturday 6 January

Hereford/Fleetwood v Leicester – BBC One – 12.45pm.
