The fifth round of the 2017 Formula One season continues this weekend at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona, where Max Verstappen was the surprise winner last season.
That was the first F1 win for the Dutchman, who became the youngest driver to ever win a Formula One Grand Prix at just 18 years and 228 days, replacing the record previously set by Sebastian Vettel.
But, It is the said Ferrari driver who comes into this weekend as the Championship leader with a 13 point lead over Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton, but with his teammate, Valtteri Bottas, picking up the win last time out, it is the Mercedes team who lead the Constructors Championship by a single point.
All five sessions – three practices, qualifying and the race – will be shown live on Sky Sports F1, while highlights of qualifying and the race will be shown on Channel 4.
The action gets underway at 9am on Friday morning with free practice 1. Sky Sports F1 will be live on air from 8.45am.
