Sky’s reporters and weather presenters have left their jackets at home today.

Sarah Moore started the day presenting the weather live from Kew Gardens. Steff carried on presenting the weather and did a piece in Martin popplewell’s package, who was also sitting on the grass.

Jonathan Samuels live from Brighton and Francis Wilson is now in Kew.

(I will put together a Summer time image gallery soon.)

Well it’s in West London, so probably not all that far from Isleworth. Certainly within half an hour.

wouldnt it be cool if the guys at sky news had a conservatory built on to the side of the studios and presented from there.

    Not really.

For one, it would be far too hot.

Two, the light would interfere with the camera, and get in the eyes of the presenters.

Three, it is too near Heathrow airport, so it would be too noisy.

and four, I think their studios are probably in the middle of some kind of industrial park, judging from the footage when Jane Tomlinson arrived, so not too scenic, I wouldn’t think
