Why is Harry referred to as 2nd Lieutenant Wales and not Windsor.
Surely Windsor is the family name.

    Can someone enlighten me?

    Cheers.

H.R.H. Prince Harry is mainly Wales and afterwards Windsor! Wales is title of his father, and his father is the Prince of Wales. Harry is too “of Wales”, that is why named 2nd Lieutenant Harry Wales!
