    Where have all….

Can one or somebody help me: Where have all the flowers gone? I mean a lot of Sky?s greatest pretenters (ex.):

Vivien Creegor, Alison Jack (the best one from 1994 to 2002 especially from “The Dome 1998 – 2000” and as presenter in the mid-90?s), Stefanie Callister, Frank Partridge, Mai Davies, Natasha Kaplinsky, David Forster, Joanne Malin (overnight bulletin) and Sheila Janssen (Broklebank – I?m not sure, I?ve spelled the last name right. Never mind!
Btw.: Thank you very much for helping!

David Foster went to Al Zajaira (spelling?). You must be living on Mars if you dont spot Kaplinsky on the tv – on just about every light entertainment show on the BBC (incl. 6 o’clock news). Partridge was sacked from Sky News (and the next job he went to) : do you spot a trend? Vivien Creegor seems to have just disappeared with no news on why or where she is going.

    [B]Never BBC..thanks!

I never ever seen BBC & Co. So Gudbuy to Kaplinsky. It dosn?t matter. But Vivien Creegor had been with Sky since 1989! Hard to believe. And I only looked at Sky News. Why? Because it?s the best television in the whole Europe – and they?ve got Lorna Dunkley, Jeremy Thomson, Francis Wilson, Martin Stanford and Julie Etchingham.

    Thank U very much, gsf!

Joanne Malin co presents Central News West for ITV – thats in the midlands part of the country.

Mai Davies presents her own current affairs programme On The Edge and hosts some other shows for ITV Wales as well occasionally.

Both Ladies are looking well and appear to be enjoying their work.

Thanks a lot for helping. But how about the former presenter Alison Jack? Or Sheila Janssen(?) Are they still in “showbiz”-television?

Lisa presents the news in my region – how about that !

She joined ITV west in Bristol in september and i think shes quite good. I hadnt seen her before presenting the news anywhere so it was a surprise when she arrived. (Theres another thread on the itv section about her. )

I was told that she worked there before in the 90’s but I cant remember her, anyway shes quite funny and has a ‘laid back’ style. I watch her most evenings as the west news is very good.

Do i see a pattern forming, presenter works at sky then goes off to an ITV region.

    Good for ITV west..

Well done, skyspy! It?s good for ITV west in Bristol and Lisa. Not for Sky viewers.
She is quite funny and was also so quite funny at Sky News every saturday or sunday!….
