There has been much coverage on all news channels in the past few days concerning paedophiles working with children. Many pornographers working legally in the adult sex industry can often come into contact with children too. I am mainly thinking about the producers of hard-core films who do not use children but may often have the opportunity to come into contact with them. Should we allow this?

The levels of ridiculous of the posts on these fora increase byt the day…

As a friend of mine responded when I showed this post to him:

“i’d like to draw the court, if i may, to one word in the witness’ statement that i think will cast his entire testimony into question. and that word, ladies and gentlemen, is ‘adult’.

jury and assembled public, press, gasp.”

Many pornographers specialize in young people of 18. They are continuously on the look out for new models to replace those models who are getting too old for their sector of the trade. Because of this they often involve themselves with the media so as to insure a steady supply of new talent. Should they be allowed to hang around young people when they are involved with depravity?

i suppose… so long as they are professional about it and responsible.

assuming that they aren’t paedophiles or rapists, the worst that could happen is they’d think to themselves, “she looks hot for a movie”. in which case i ASSUME that the first thing they ask the girl is her age. if she turns out to be underage, say 16 or 17, he backs off and leave’s off.

don’t get me wrong i see your point, it’s just as long as the ‘talent scouters’ are acting responsibly and not breaking the law, there ain’t much you can accuse them of.

Porn is legal and someone who works in it coming into contact with children is no different to someone in any other job seeing children. as long as everybody is responsible.

Sometimes the industry can be reckless. Linda Lovelace was roped into it whilst still under age. The whole industry in America nearly got shut down.

And who knows what goes on in Eastern Europe and the Far East.

Like Musey says, as long as they are professional then no problem.
