Ok, I’ve been an avid watcher of sky news ever since its inception all the way back in 1989, in fact it was the main reason for having sky, and even to this day we always have our t.v. tuned into sky news. However I can not help feeling that the glory days are over. I watch the channel now and whilst I love what they are doing I can’t help feeling that its going down market – this is something i’ve suspected for a few years now. As sad as it is, sky news has come to occupy a very special part in my life. I love the new studio and new look, the presenters and they’re informal style of presenting, with the banter and conversation.

Can you see a future for the current news-channel of the year? and if so what?

How can anyone ‘foresee’ a News channel that is 15 years old closing in 16-20 years time? This poll is absurd.
