On Friday 22 July Sky News will broadcast themed programming highlighting and debating the issues faced by the Muslim community within Britain.

From 6am Friday Morning Sky News will run special reports from correspondents around the country and, at 11am, will air a debate live from Birmingham.

The debate, presented by Kay Burley, will ask senior Muslims and members of the public their views on:

? How can society, Muslims and non-Muslims, move beyond the bombings in London and make our multicultural communities work better in the future?

? What it?s like to grow up a Muslim in Britain today (the views of youth ; the culture clash between tradition and the West )

? Extremism and terror (how widespread is extremism ; how should the Muslim community tackle extremists in their midst )

? Multicultural Britain (intercommunity relations ; church and mosque ; white extremism )

Throughout the day Sky News will air reports from its correspondents investigating issues surrounding Islam including Robert Nisbet profiling Britain?s longest standing mosque, in Woking; Ashish Joshi filming young Muslims talking about their faith and Stuart Ramsay investigating the British connection to the madrassas (Islamic teaching schools).

Kay was at her best again....not! Her presence on sky unfortunately makes me switch it off. I find it hard to understand the exposure she receives on sky news when she is the worst presenter on it! Plus i don't think she has a life outside sky news...she never leaves.
