*scratches head* Am I the only one who couldn't care less who wins the News Channel Of The Year Award (i.e. it won't make any difference to which channel I tune into)?

Just a thought

Well what is a good meaningful award nowadays apart from the Nobel? All Media and Culture is going down the pan and rolling news is no different.

Both channels have slipped, sky more than the BBC, I think the timing of giving Sky it is so odd as they have only started to improve in the last few months. The BBC should use it as an excuse to kick off the duffers in their news presentation.

Saddam Hussein was elected every election as well. How many other news networks were they running against as competition?
