ANNA Jones now on Sky News..

WOW! seems like she's been working with Sky for years - totally relaxed, and has a great on screen presence

Michael Wilson - thats a new one, was he with Julie Etchingham?

He did do SKY NEWS some years back. I think it was SUNRISE .

Well the font in the "NEWS" is not the Sky font but looks very much like it.

Sorry if this has been said before but I think the little stage that the desk is on can rotate to show the viewers the full size screen without the desk.

This newswall sounds huge? Does anyone know how many floors the new Sky News studio is on? I expect it to be on atleast 2 floors (like the BBC Election 05 studio) to accomodate such a huge screen.

If anyone knows, what can the new studio be compared to? NBC for example? NASA control centre?

well the artists impression says it has two floors, and the five news studio is in the same building, i think its got to be 2

Also, this is confirmed as the new logo, and sublogo styles...

Cant stand that logo already.

I thought it was to be 'harmonised' with the Sky Sports logo, yet a new typeface entirely is being introduced.

Is this red and white theme we already have going to be just as prominent and obtrusive in the new design?

From what I have heard - red and white logo, red and white ticker, its going to look so tacky - News of the World TV.

The logo does look good. Red is such a striking colour. I see they've got rid of blue.

I'd imagine the studio and backing graphics may be blue so it should balance it out (I hope)

Don't be worried if you think this is simple, there is a more 'advanced' logo.

That is the simple one!
