Just watched a report about the relaunch by Kay Burley.
The report looked at Sky News' history - and how they've covered the news and how that will improve in the new facilities. They also spoke to Nick Pollard, Eamon Homes and James Rubin.
They didn't show much of the studio though!
I don't think they will, I think they'll definately want to keep as much of it under wraps and keep it for a surprise for us all on monday morning. All ive seen picture wise are images of the studio from the ceiling cameras etc like in the virtual newsroom, don't give much away really.
Remember to set your alarms for 6am tommorow night!! Is it just me or is anyone else sort of gettin quite excited about seeing all the new features?
Are they doing regular reports of the new studios? Havn't been able to catch a report yet.

has viv creegor done her last shift at sky news yet?
it is a good question, does anyone know who is really leaving after Monday (or left already)? I've heard Shelia, Viv, Paula, Emma, non confirmed though
Sheila has already left, ages ago. Emma is presenting Sunrise on weekends, Lisa Asiz and David Foster have both already left. Nothing has officially been mentioned regarding Viv and Paula, bearing in mind that they need weekend presenters. And think back a few months before rehersals started, both Viv and Paula would only usually present at weekends anyway.
Aside from Saterday Live and Sunday Live, no weekend presenter schedule has been confirmed. Guess we'll have to wait and see. Personally I hope Viv does not go.
i would say that johnnie's version of presenters on the below link answers most of our questions. although i am not sure whether paula would be a regular presenter in the afternoon weekend slots along with allan. juliette and martin popplewell will be doing the nightwatch on sats and suns. as for martin stanford he'll be on his normal shift with the two annas. he'll have a sat morning show too.
