Rightster’s Advanced Video Streaming (AVS) team will work closely with ITN Productions to utilise the innovative Rightster.com video system, meaning ITN Productions will now be selling its own advertising solutions directly on to ITN Productions’ content and platforms. Rightster provides tools and expert solutions that enable ITN to more efficiently manage end-to-end content delivery, live in-stream advertising, audience development, syndication, monetisation and tracking across multiple sites in the ITN publisher network.
Rightster’s AVS team will work with ITN Productions to stream live coverage of major events to multiple platforms including the ITN Facebook page. Rightster helped successfully develop ITN’s Facebook community around the Royal Wedding live stream.
More than 10,000 people liked the ITN Facebook page during the event due to its compelling bespoke live and VoD coverage, using Facebook’s new comment plugin to enable live audience participation aggregated across multiple sites. The Facebook.com/ITN page continues to be updated with multiple news packages every day and is a platform for people to watch and debate the biggest stories of the day.
