Michelle, who was the first woman to win The Apprentice, will host a prime time show when the new news channel launches later this year.

“I’m proud of my northern heritage and passionate about representing the voice of the working class,” said Michelle

“We need a levelling up across the country – there’s more to the UK than London, and definitely more than two asides to every story. To me, that’s what GB News is all about.”

Michelle will be joined by Dan Wootton, Colin Brazier, Darren McCaffrey and Tom Harwood, who have all been announced as new members of the GB News team.
