Haiti Earthquake
On Tuesday 12th January 2010 a large earthquake with a catastrophic magnitude of 7.0 rocked the west of Haiti killing between 100,000 – 200,000 people. American News networks were the first with correspondents and presenters in Haiti. BBC News, Channel 4 News and ITV News latero sent presenters to the region.
