Fox news style in Britain?

Rules governing impartiality in TV news could be relaxed, which would pave the way for more opinionated news.

The media watchdog Ofcom today conceded that relaxing the rules for broadcasters could lead to versions of Fox News in the UK.

The suggestion by Ofcom is aimed at creating more “interesting” news coverage by opinionated interviewers.
