Foreign Broadcasters arrive in London

Journalists from across the globe are gathering outside Buckingham Palace to broadcast the biggest news event in 2011. Over 100 TV Stations will broadcast the event, equipped with over 5,000 budding Journalists.

The event is on such a big scale, even American News Channels are broadcasting 24/7 live rolling news coverage of events as they unfold outside the palace.

Meredith Vieira from America’s NBC Today told Channel 4 News –

“We are fascinated by royalty. And also I think people in the states really like William and Catherine, theres something very charming about this.”

The media village is full of major networks from different parts of the world. Satellites, Video Vans and much more have made there way to Green Park, equipped with hi-tech facilities to make the event a remember-able one.

And its not just journalists that are covering the event, Celebrities such as Sharon Osbourne have been hired to play a role on various networks.
