How did you get started in broadcasting?
I started at BBC Weather Centre in June 1992, after answering an advert within the Met Office

What would you like to do before your career ends?
Host an interview chat show

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Running, sailing, walking, watching films and camping

What advice would you give to anyone that would like to get into the broadcasting world?
Learn presentation and communication skills to the standard required by TV and have a subject area you know very well about
