RTS Television Journalism 2012/13: The Results

The Royal Television Society (RTS) awards for Television Journalism take place this evening, live at the London Hilton in Park Lane.

The awards, for news and current affairs, recognise creative and excellent journalism by organisations whose broadcasts are received in the UK and by the agencies which supply UK news broadcasters.

Former BBC Breakfast presenter Sian Williams will announce the winners from around 9.30pm.

Stewart White awarded Regional Presenter of the Year

Regional Presenter of the Year BBC Look East’s Stewart White has won the Regional Presenter of the Year 2012/2013 at tonight’s RTS TV Journalism awards. Nina Hossain of ITV News London and Alex Lovell of BBC Points West were also nominated for this award.

ITV News picks up the Home News Coverage award
