Huddersfield Town need just one point from their last two Premier League games to secure their place in the top-tier of English football next season.

Their first opportunity comes tonight as they travel to Stamford Bridge to take on Chelsea.

The Blues, however, are also in need of points as they chase down a top-four finish and a place in next season’s UEFA Champions League.

This is their 50th top-flight meeting, with Huddersfield leading by 22 wins to Chelsea’s 19. There have been eight draws.

However, the Terriers have won just one of their last 14 matches against the Blues in all competitions.

Kick-off 7.45pm.
