Man United v Southampton – Live TV Coverage on Sky Sports Friday Night Football

Jeff Stelling will reunite with his former Countdown presenter, Rachel Riley, this evening as the pair anchor Sky Sports’ new Friday Night Football programme.

The match sees Manchester United host Southampton at Old Trafford, as Jose Mourinho makes his home debut as United manager.

The Portuguese has been out of work since being sacked by Chelsea last December, and has already made his mark on the United squad with the signings of Eric Bailly, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan in pre-season.

The Saints have recorded 1-0 wins on each of their last two visits to Old Trafford. Prior to that, Southampton had gone 27 years – spanning 19 league games – since their last league win away to United.

The only team to beat Manchester United three times in a row at Old Trafford in the Premier League are Manchester City from 2011-2014.

The programme starts at 6.30pm on Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 1 HD with live streaming via Sky’s internet services, Now TV and Sky Go.

Kick-off 8.00pm
