The running order for the final Match of the Day of 2016 is as follows:
1. Chelsea v Stoke City; 2. Manchester United v Middlesbrough; 3. Liverpool v Manchester City; 4. Swansea City v Bournemouth.
5. Burnley v Sunderland; 6. Southampton v West Bromwich Albion; 7. Leicester City v West Ham United; 8. Hull City v Everton.
Gary Lineker will be live on BBC Two and BBC Two HD from 10.00pm with highlights of all eight games that have taken place so far including the 22 goals scored.
The show will be repeated at 8.15am on Sunday morning and will be made available via the BBC iPlayer from midnight on Monday (Tues morn).
Two games will take place on Sunday afternoon with highlights on BBC MOTD2 from 11.00pm, BBC One on Sunday evening.
Watford’s clash with Tottenham Hotspur will be shown live on Sky Sports 1 from 12.30pm, while Crystal Palace’s visit to Arsenal will be shown from 3.30pm on the same channel.
