The British Grand Prix takes place this weekend as the 2019 Formula One season continues.
This will be the 10th round of the season, which takes place at Silverstone, and will be shown live on Channel 4 and Sky Sports F1.
Home favourite Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes was aiming for a fifth win in a row and a record-breaking sixth triumph here overall last year, but he was beaten into second place by Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel.
Hamilton enters this weekend with a 31 point lead in the Drivers’ championship. His fellow teammate, Valtteri Bottas, is 40 points clear of third place man, Max Verstappen.
All five sessions – practices, qualifying and the race – will be shown live on Channel 4 and Sky Sports F1. Qualifying starts at 2pm on Saturday afternoon, and the race goes off at 2.10pm on Sunday afternoon.
