Chelsea v West Ham – Live TV Coverage on Sky Sports Monday Night Football

The final Premier League game of the opening weekend takes place this evening – live on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football.

The match sees two London rivals, Chelsea and West Ham United, clash at Stamford Bridge.

Italian Antonio Conte has taken the reins at Chelsea following a shocking campaign by their own high standards last time out.

The Blues lost nine of their opening 16 games last season, but their form picked up after Christmas and they eventually finished 10th, 12 points and three places below Slaven Bilic’s Hammers in seventh.

Chelsea are unbeaten in their last 10 Premier League home matches against West Ham.

The Hammers last won at Stamford Bridge in September 2002 when Paolo Di Canio’s late goal clinched a 3-2 victory.

Coverage starts at 7pm on Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 1 HD, where David Jones will be joined in the studio by Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher. The match will also be streamed live via Sky’s internet services, Now TV and Sky Go.

Kick-off 8pm.
