Sky Sports News presenter, Charlotte Jackson, will take part in ITV’s new reality TV show Splash! this evening.
The show will see fifteen celebrities try to make their finest dives as experts rate their efforts and viewers vote for their favourites.
Tonight’s show sees entrepreneur and model Caprice, Olympic ski jumper Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards, TV star Joey Essex, TV gardener Diarmuid Gavin and Charlotte Jackson go up against each other as they try to master one of diving’s most difficult disciplines.
Presented by Gabby Logan and Vernon Kay, the show will see each contestant mix determination and drive as they chose which board to dive off before they plunge into the water and display the daredevil skills they have learnt.
Mentored by Tom Daley, the contestants will be given their scores by judges; Tom Daley and Team GB’s Diving coach Andy Banks, comedienne, writer and actress Jo Brand and former Olympic diving medalist Leon Taylor before the phone lines open for viewers to pick their favourite.
At the end of the show, the contestant at the top of the leader board will go through to the semi-final whilst the next two contestants face a Splash!-off. The judges will then decide which diver was the most successful in the Splash!-off and they too will go through to the semi-final.
Splash! continues tonight at 7pm on ITV1
