The 2018 NFL Draft will take place this week 26-28 April at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

This will be the 83rd annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible players, and the first draft to be held in Texas.

The Cleveland Browns – who went 0-16 last season – will have the first pick, while the Atlanta Falcons will be the draft’s Mr. Irrelevant (the last pick).

Green Bay will have a total of 12 picks due to trade deals, while Detroit Lions, New York Giants, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, and the Tennessee Titans will have the fewest selections with six each.

Sky Sports in the UK will broadcast the draft live from 12.30am on Friday 27 April (Thurs night). Day two’s coverage gets underway at 11.00pm on Friday 27 April, and day three starts at 7.00pm on Saturday 28 April.

Neil Reynolds will be joined by a host of names, including Jeff Reinebold and Solomon Wilcots as well as some familiar friends.

The first two days will be shown live on Sky Sports Action and Sky Sports Mix. Day three will air live on Sky Sports Arena.

In the States, coverage of the draft will be broadcast among the NFL media’s partners, including NFL Network and ESPN.

Fox will simulcast NFL Network’s coverage of the first two evenings, which will feature appearances by Fox analysts and personalities. ESPN will also simulcast its coverage of the last four rounds on ABC.
