I was diagnosed with cancer in my stomach last month, which thankfully is very treatable and the chemotherapy is already well under way. I will be back on Sky Sports News pretty soon! I’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all of you who have sent kind messages – it has made a big difference.”

Ed has been having chemotherapy treatment with a final major session this Tuesday.
