Leicester City host Liverpool in the third round of the Carabao League Cup this evening.

The match takes place at the King Power Stadium as the sides meet for the first of two fixtures this week. They’ll also square-off in the Premier League on Saturday night.

The home side were eliminated at this stage of last season’s competition, losing 4-2 after extra-time to Chelsea.

Liverpool went all the way to the semi-finals, losing out to eventual runners-up Southampton 2-0 on aggregate.

Coverage starts at 7.30pm on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main Event. Kick-off 7.45pm.

Sky Sports will also show the third round tie between Manchester United and Burton Albion on Wednesday evening, while highlights from all third round ties air on Channel 5 from 10.35pm on Wednesday.
