The BBC will broadcast a special tribute to Roger Lloyd-Pack following his death last week.

Roger, who was 69, was best known to millions as slow-witted roadsweeper Trigger in BBC sitcom Only Fools and Horses, he also appeared as Owen Newitt in The Vicar of Dibley.

His agent, Maureen Vincent, said he had pancreatic cancer and “died at home surrounded by his family”.

The BBC said the programme ‘A Tribute to Roger Lloyd-Pack’ will air at 10.25pm on Sunday 2nd February 2014 and will be followed by the first-ever episode of Only Fools and Horses, ‘Big Brother’.
