ITV has released the figures for the 2013 Britain’s Got Talent phone votes.

Shadow theatre group Attraction won last night’s final with 27% of the phone vote, while runner up Jack Carroll scored 20.1% and Richard & Adam finished in third place with 15.4%.

Wildcard act Steve Hewlett, who finished third on the fifth semi-final show, came fourth in the final with 14.7% of the vote.

Elsewhere, Singers Luminites scorded 6.8%, Jordan O’Keefe 3.7%, Gabz – 3.6%, Arisxandra – 2.9% and Asanda – 1.2%

Pre-Skool picked up 2.8% of the vote, while impressionist Francine Lewis claimed 2.0% of the vote.

In terms of TV ratings, The live final peaked with a massive 13.1m 57% share, averaging 11.1m 51% between 7.30pm – 10pm.
