In two weeks time, Monty’s European team and Pavin’s USA team will do battle for the biggest prize in team Golf, The Ryder Cup. Sky will show this biennial golf event for the first time in 3D.
Ahead of the channel’s launch on 1st October, Sky has teamed up with tech-guru Stephen Fry to create a 3D TV video guide.
Using Stephen’s witty humour and his knowledge of all things technology, the guide helps consumers understand what 3D TV is and how its works.
Stephen said: “2010 has been a triumphant year for new and innovative technological developments, which is great news for all of us, not just technophiles like myself.
“3D TV in the home is going to be the next exciting chapter in television history when the Sky 3D channel launches on October 1st and I’m delighted to be able to offer a little clarity on the subject.”
