Alex Jones and Steve Jones host the fifth and final episode of Let’s Dance For Sports Relief 2012 tonight.

Eight celebrity acts who have made it through from the past four heats battle it out on the dancefloor, all eager to be crowned Let’s Dance Champion 2012.

Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards – Austin Powers ‘Soul Bossa Nova’

Miles Jupp – The Prodigy ‘Firestarter’

Tyger Drew Honey and Dani Harmer – Bugsy Malone ‘Fat Sam’s Grand Slam’

Terry Alderton – Tina Turner ‘Proud Mary’

Omid Djalili – Public Enemy ‘Fight The Power’

Rowland Rivron – Fatboy Slim – ‘Weapon Of Choice’

Fatima Whitbread and The Cuban Brothers – The Bee Gees – ‘You Should Be Dancing’

On hand to celebrate and commiserate with the acts is a comedy panel featuring Frank Skinner, Rhod Gilbert and Paddy McGuinness, while JLS and Katy Perry will perform their new singles on the show.

JLS will perform their Sports Relief single ‘Proud’ and Katy Perry will sing her new song ‘Part of Me’..

The Final begins at 7:10pm on BBC One and BBC One HD.
