The fifth episode of The Apprentice 2013 is on BBC One and BBC One HD TONIGHT!
We have no idea why the BBC has moved the show from its normal Wednesday night slot this week, but would guest it’s because of the international football on ITV tomorrow night.
However, tonight’s episode will go up against ITV’s Corrie and the second semi-final results show of Britain’s Got Talent 2013.
As for tonight’s Apprentice, the 12 remaining candidates are bundled onto an early morning plane for a business trip to Dubai, where they are tasked to find and secure items for a new multimillion-pound hotel.
One team tries to use local knowledge to its advantage by scouring the markets, while the other heads straight to a shopping centre.
But in the heat of Dubai it’s not long before the candidates begin to sweat as they make mistakes with measurements, struggle with negotiation and have trouble identifying some of the items.
As darkness falls, they race back to the hotel to show their purchases to the manager – and in the subsequent boardroom battle, the holiday’s over for one of the hopefuls.
The Apprentice 2013 continues on BBC One from 9pm tonight (Tuesday)
