The Voice UK – Blind Auditions Week 3 – 7pm, BBC One

Holly Willoughby and Reggie Yates host the penultimate round of blind auditions as the search for The Voice continues.

Among the hopefuls tonight are X Factor reject Joelle Moses, R&B singer Cassius Henry, Alys Williams, Chris Grixti, Denise Morgan, Hannah Berney, Jay Norton, Kate Read, Leanne Mitchell, Bo Bruce and former Girls Aloud support star Kirsten Joy.

Music superstars Sir Tom Jones, Jessie J, will.i.am and Danny O’Donoghue take on the role of coaches in a mission to find and nurture the UK’s next great voice.

During the blind auditions, hopeful artists take to the stage while the coaches listen with their backs turned. The coaches have to base their choices on vocal ability alone. When a coach likes what they hear, they hit a button which turns their chair to face the artist, who lands a place on that coach’s team.

But, if more than one chair turns, the power changes, and the auditionee gets to choose which superstar coach is right for them. If no coach turns, the auditionee is out of the competition.
